Learners develop the ability to communicate clearly with patients, colleagues, and other services using both verbal and non-verbal communication, adapting their approach to suit different situations and individual needs. This course is delivered fully online, allowing participants to complete the training at their own pace. |

An individual undertaking this course will need to demonstrate the following to be eligible for entry:
An official form of photo identification (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, or student ID)
Learning: Learn from experience and respond calmly in challenging situations
Reading: Understand information related to health needs and communication
Writing: Record clear notes about a person’s condition or situation
Oral communication: Communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
Numeracy: Use basic numbers where required
Digital Literacy: Use a device to access learning materials and complete online tasks
Students must have access to a device with camera and audio recording capabilities to complete video assessment tasks
