This nationally recognised course provides the knowledge and practical skills required to work effectively and respectfully with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. Learners develop an understanding of cultural awareness, inclusive communication, and how to recognise and respond appropriately to differences in beliefs, values, and behaviours. This course also supports participants to reflect on their own perspectives and build confidence in providing safe, respectful, and culturally appropriate care. This course is delivered fully online, allowing participants to complete the training at their own pace. |

An individual undertaking this course will need to demonstrate the following to be eligible for entry:
An official form of photo identification (e.g. driver’s licence, passport, or student ID)

Writing: Record clear and respectful information
Oral communication: Communicate respectfully using verbal and non-verbal methods
Numeracy: Use basic numbers for planning and recording
Digital Literacy: Use a device to access learning materials and complete online tasks
Students must have access to a device with camera and audio recording capabilities to complete video assessment tasks
